The tech was amazing… I backed into it with my tractor and messed up the bottom panel of my door. Gave them a call and he made it over right after finishing the prior service .. not only did he make my door functional but improved it from the initial install done by another company who had a 7 ft rail on an 8 ft door for the opener. So effectively, I wouldn’t have broken my door had it been able to open fully in the first place. Bravo and thanks for being so quick and cost effective.
